1. Nature of the service
The service covers preparation of a static website within the selected START, PLUS or PRO plan. It does not include an online shop, booking system, CMS, custom application or a guarantee of any particular search ranking.
2. Entering into the agreement and starting work
Before payment, the customer receives the price including VAT, plan version, limits and revision rules. The 24-hour period begins after payment has been confirmed, the complete form has been received and the materials have been supplied, or after a clear decision to proceed without them.
3. Delivery times
The first version is prepared within 24 hours of receiving a complete order. Publication usually takes place within 48 hours, provided the contractor is not waiting for the customer's decision, materials, domain, address configuration or a change of scope.
4. Revisions
One revision round means one email containing a consolidated list of changes sent after the complete website has been reviewed. New pages, features or languages, and a complete change of an approved direction, are changes of scope and require a separate quote.
5. Materials and domain
The customer is responsible for having the right to use all supplied copy, marks, photographs and reviews. A domain is registered in the customer's name only after written confirmation of its name, availability and price.
6. Payments, withdrawal and liability
Payments, refunds, withdrawal rights, complaints, support, liability and transfer of the website are handled in accordance with the agreed service scope and applicable law.
7. Language version
This English page is provided as a convenience translation. The agreement will be concluded under the Polish Terms & Conditions, and the Polish version will prevail if the two versions differ.
