1. Form data
Session storage may be used to keep the current form or order-status step available during the browser session. A draft is stored in local storage for up to 7 days only if you explicitly choose to save it, and you can delete it sooner.
2. Data related to an order
When an order is handled, the data may include identification and contact details of the person ordering, company details, form answers, required confirmations, order identifiers and limited payment information received from Stripe. Full card details will not be sent to this service.
3. Purposes and legal bases
Data will be used to take steps before entering into an agreement, perform the agreement, process payments, issue invoices, handle complaints, establish or defend claims and meet legal obligations. Marketing consent is not part of the order.
4. Recipients
Cloudflare serves the website and API and may process technical request, security and network-diagnostic data. If payment is completed online, Stripe processes checkout data on its hosted payment page; full card details are not sent to this service.
5. Retention periods
A draft saved in local browser storage is kept for no more than 7 days. A hashed IP reference used to prevent abuse expires after 2 days. Other data is kept for the period needed to handle the order, accounting, complaints and legal obligations.
