Timing for every plan: the first preview is ready within 24 hours of confirmation of a complete order. Publication usually takes place within 48 hours; time spent waiting for materials, feedback or approval moves that deadline.

The domain is registered in the customer's name and paid separately at the registrar's price. Connecting it and hosting the website for the first 12 months are included. Post-publication support lasts 7, 14 or 30 days. Nothing renews automatically.

What do I need to prepare?

To get started, we need your company details, a list of services, the area you cover and the way customers should contact you. A logo, photos of your work, reviews or a link to your Google Business Profile are helpful, but you can still order a website without them.

Do I need to provide finished copy and photos?

No. We prepare the copy from your answers, within the limit of your chosen plan. Before publication, you check that the information about your business is correct. If you do not have your own photos, we can leave out the gallery or use properly licensed illustrative images. We will never present stock images as examples of your work.

When does the 24-hour deadline begin?

It begins once payment is confirmed, the order form is complete and the necessary materials are available. If you do not have any materials, simply confirm that we should work without them. We send the first preview within 24 hours. Publication usually takes place within 48 hours, provided we receive your response promptly, the domain is available and its registrar causes no delay.

What if I do not like the first version?

You see the complete website first. Depending on the plan, you have one, two or three revision rounds in which you can tell us what needs to change. Correcting an error or something that does not match the agreed scope does not use a revision round. We do not publish without your approval. Once the included rounds have been used, you can purchase further changes. Your statutory rights are not affected.

What counts as one revision round?

One revision round is one consolidated list of changes sent after you have reviewed the complete website. It can cover copy, images, colours or the order of existing sections. Adding a new page or language, or completely changing an approved direction, requires a separate quote.

Who owns the domain, and can I move the website?

The domain is registered in your name after you confirm its name and price in writing. Once the service has been paid in full, you may use the finished website indefinitely, move it and ask another provider to make changes. Your materials remain yours. The shared template and our internal tools are not transferred; the full rules are set out in the Terms & Conditions.

What happens after the first year?

Website hosting is included for 12 months from publication. At least 30 days before that period ends, we will explain the available options and prices: continued care, one-off support or transfer of the website. Nothing renews automatically. The domain and business email are billed separately. Support for fixing delivery-related errors lasts 7, 14 or 30 days after publication, depending on your plan.

Will I receive an invoice?

Yes. We issue the appropriate sales document using the details provided with the order. Stripe's payment confirmation is not an invoice.

Can my website be in Polish or English?

Yes. One website language — Polish or English — is included in every plan. If you need both versions, the second language is an add-on. You choose the primary language in the order form.

Can I edit the website myself?

Not through an admin panel, because one is not included in these plans. After the support period, you can order an individual change from us or move the website to another provider. You will receive and approve the price before any additional work begins.

Will the website immediately rank highly on Google?

We cannot guarantee that. We prepare page titles, descriptions, structure, local business information and a sitemap, and we pay attention to performance. Rankings also depend on competition, reviews, your business profile, incoming links and time.
