From order to publication

How your website is made.

We send the first preview within 24 hours of payment for a complete order. If the scope stays the same and approval is prompt, publication usually takes place within 48 hours.

Choose a plan, describe your business and offer, and tell us your design and domain preferences. There are no technical questions. If you opt in to draft saving, you can return to it on this device for 7 days.

Never enter passwords in the form. You can share photos and other materials using a link or in one email thread after payment.

Getting started

When do we begin work?

After payment, we read the form and check the materials. We confirm by email that work can begin or send one list of missing information.

WE CAN BEGIN WHEN
  • payment is confirmed;
  • we know your company details, offer and preferred contact method;
  • photos and other materials are available, or you confirm that we should work without them;
  • we know whether to register a new domain or connect an existing one.

If you have a statutory right to withdraw, you may ask us to begin immediately or choose a start date after the withdrawal period has ended.

Step by step

What happens after payment?

    We review the form

    We verify the payment and materials. If anything is missing, we collect the questions in one email.

  2. Within 24 hours

    We send the preview

    You receive a link to the complete website and can review it on your phone and computer.

  3. After the preview

    You tell us what to change

    You can approve the website immediately or send one consolidated list of comments by email. Waiting for your response moves the publication date.

  4. After your comments

    We revise the website

    We make the changes included in your plan and ask for final approval.

  5. Usually within 48 hours*

    The website goes live on your domain

    After approval, we connect the domain and HTTPS and check the published website.

* The 48-hour publication estimate applies to a standard project: the scope does not change, approval is prompt, the domain is available and its registrar causes no delay. Waiting for a response, additional materials or the domain moves the publication time accordingly.

After payment

You receive confirmation by email

The message includes your order number, chosen plan and the email address of the person handling the project.

Before publication

You review the complete website

Check everything on your phone and computer. We do not publish without your explicit approval.

After publication

We check that everything works

We correct delivery-related errors for 7, 14 or 30 days, depending on your plan.

Domain

The website address is registered in your name.

We check your preferred name and two alternatives. Once availability has been checked, you confirm the name, price and registrant details.

Keep your passwords private

If you already own a domain, tell us only which registrar it uses. We send connection instructions. If access is still required, we agree a secure way to share it separately.

Entering a domain name does not reserve it.
